Rose Marchuk joined Beacon Realty Capital in 2006 and is responsible for originating debt and equity financing ranging from acquisition and development to permanent funding. She specializes in multifamily, independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing properties.
Prior to joining Beacon, Rose was a broker associate at Koenig & Strey GMAC Real Estate. Her professional experience includes commercial acquisitions, development and residential mortgage brokerage.
