Mr. Huber joined Beacon Realty Capital from GE Commercial Finance Business Properties, where he focused on financing traditional commercial mortgages, sale/leaseback transactions, and construction to permanent financing for real estate developers, intermediaries and middle market companies. 

Prior to his work a GE, Mr. Huber underwrote cash flow transactions with Heller Financial.  Mr. Huber also assisted in the closing process and coordinated the syndication efforts.  Mr. Huber’s origination efforts at Heller focused on equity sponsors in the North East region.

In 1997, Mr. Huber began his career with Arthur Andersen in their Transaction Advisory Group where he performed financial due diligence on target companies for leveraged buyout, venture capital, and other strategic firms, including cash flow and asset-based lending decisions. 

Mr. Huber holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC).
