Kathryn Gremban joined Beacon Realty Capital as a Real Estate Analyst in 2004 and is responsible for the financial analysis, cash flow underwriting, and the market and property due diligence of Beacon projects.
Kathryn is a May 2004 graduate from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics.
