Richard Primeau has more than thirty years of experience in the real estate industry, including the areas of finance, development, and brokerage.

Mr. Primeau began his career in 1969 with Baird & Warner, Inc., where he originated construction and permanent financing, and became involved in commercial brokerage. From 1973 to 1975, he was a loan production officer and member of the finance committee at Dovenmuehle, Inc., a Chicago-based mortgage banking firm owned by Chase Manhattan.

In 1975, Mr. Primeau joined the finance division of Draper and Kramer, Inc. as Senior Vice President. In 1977, he was named Manager of this division, which generated $300 million - $400 million annually in real estate finance and commercial brokerage, and was also elected to Draper and Kramer's Board of Directors.

Mr. Primeau was named President of Draper and Kramer of Florida, Inc. in 1986, where he was responsible for the development and leasing of the company's portfolio of commercial real estate properties.

In 1990, he formed his own residential development company in Naples, Florida, where he successfully developed three villa subdivisions in the Naples-area golf course communities of Pelican Bay and Pelican Marsh. He continued this development activity until 1998 when he returned to Chicago to join Beacon Realty Capital and resume his career in real estate finance and investment brokerage.

Mr. Primeau is a graduate of the Loyola University of Chicago School of Law and a member of the Illinois State Bar. He is also a licensed real estate broker in Florida and Illinois.
