Tony L. Raimondi  Senior Vice President

Tony joined Beacon Realty Capital in 2003.  In addition to traditional fixed rate financing, Tony focuses on transactions that require structured finance solutions that typically incorporate non-recourse construction and interim first mortgages with mezzanine and equity components.  His work primarily involves apartments, condominiums, flex-space, retail and mixed-use properties with a hotel component. 

Tony has diversified real estate financing, consulting, lending and underwriting experience with Larry Smith & Company, Real Estate Research Corporation, Balcor Company, Belden Partners, ORIX USA, and AMI Capital. 

Tony is a graduate of Indiana University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate administration.
